As a company we are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to provide Bathroom remodel solutions in our North Carolina, Greenville (down east) region. As one of the first lines of customer interaction you will be responsible for representing EZ Pro Baths Express in the home, demonstrating our products and services, leaving the customer with an exceptional experience throughout the sales and design process. No need to make cold calls, we provide you with all your qualified appointments. In-Home Sales Representative Responsibilities: Be the face of EZ Pro Baths Express - demonstrate professionalism and knowledge of our products and services. Help meet our homeowners’ home improvement needs. Commit to learning the products and services provided. Commit to the process. Deliver an exceptional in-home sales experience from initial point of contact through sales and installation. Provides exceptional customer service to each customer, making them the number one priority In-Home Sales Representative Qualifications: 2 year of in-home sales experience Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiations, and communications skills Positive attitude and a self-driven closer Highly motivated and results oriented Passion for sales and people Willingness to learn, train and grow Must be reliable and driven Must have a valid driver's license. Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background. Must be able to work a few evenings as well as weekends a week.
