Working collaboratively with our broader coordination team—including digital literacy, workforce readiness, GED/HSED, and employment support staff—the coordinator will lead participant recruitment, support curriculum development, cultivate strategic partnerships with employers, unions, and community organizations, and provide hands-on assistance to participants navigating apprenticeship systems, employment platforms, and digital tools. Job Readiness Workshops\nPlan, coordinate, and facilitate engaging job readiness and entrepreneurship workshops for adult learners.\nCollaborate with instructors to ensure curriculum delivery is both industry-informed and culturally relevant.\nImplement and oversee the logistics of all pre-apprenticeship courses and workshops.\nAlign program outcomes with state certification requirements and industry best practices.\nCoordinate student enrollment into apprenticeships or employment opportunities.\nLead the execution of workforce training logistics, including class materials, orientation packets, and scheduling.\nSupport the development and implementation of construction-specific curriculum aligned with apprenticeship standards.\nMonitor class attendance and participation; gather and report on student feedback and outcomes.\nProvide weekly updates to the program supervisor and assist with program adjustments as needed.\nC.
