Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.\r\nEssential Functions\r\nProvide support to the Project Lead assisting in execution, management, and operation of the project. Support efforts include but are not limited to:\r\nAssist Government Project Lead to generate project charter with the sponsor. Preparation of reports to the Project Sponsor.\r\nServes as the secondary conduit for the Project Lead for all communications. Organizes and assists the Project Lead in determining acquisition strategy for project. Develop and maintain project spend plans and forecasts.\r\nAnalyzes requirements, status, and project schedules.\r\nProvides monthly delivery of Project Performance Report (PPR).\r\nReceives and processes funding documents.\r\nSupports creating and maintaining project structures for funding in N-ERP.\r\nTrack and reconcile Funding within N-ERP.\r\nPrepare project cost estimates.\r\nAssist in identifying risk.\r\nDevelop project documentation.\r\nMaintain documentation in SharePoint.\r\nOther duties as assigned or required.\r\nMicrosoft Excel Skills.\r\nEssential understanding and knowledge of cost planning and monitoring project execution.\r\nEducation\r\nHS Diploma or GED required with 5 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree.\r\nSecurity Clearance\r\nMust be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
