This is a crucial role for maintaining our free reading experience and driving the overall monetization strategy for these key products that reach 220 million unique visitors worldwide each month across 225 million documents, presentations, and more.\n\nAs a senior member of the UGC team, you will be responsible for building and leading the ads strategy, operations, and optimization to maximize revenue and user experience. You will bring industry expertise and a rolodex of existing relationships with a data-driven, user-centric approach to scale our programmatic and direct sales ads offerings. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. San Francisco is our highest geographic market in the United States.\n\nIn the state of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $170,500 [minimum salary in our lowest geographic market within California] to $275,500 [maximum salary in our highest geographic market within California].\n\nIn the United States, outside of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $140,500 [minimum salary in our lowest US geographic market outside of California] to $261,750 [maximum salary in our highest US geographic market outside of California].\n\nIn Canada, the reasonably expected salary range is between $175,000 CAD[minimum salary in our lowest geographic market] to $259,500 CAD[maximum salary in our highest geographic market].\n\nWe carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs.
