In this customer-facing role, you'll work with vendors, customers, and internal teams to onboard, test, troubleshoot, and deploy healthcare technology integrations.\nThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, managing multiple integration projects, and working across both technical and business teams. Strong candidates bring experience supporting customer onboarding, implementation, or technical consulting activities. You'll play a key role in ensuring interfaces are successfully implemented, validated, and ready for production use.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead interface certification projects from onboarding through production deployment.\nTest, validate, and troubleshoot APIs, interfaces, and healthcare data transactions.\nCommunicate technical requirements, project updates, and implementation plans to technical and non-technical audiences.\nCreate and maintain documentation to support certifications, implementations, and ongoing support activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration processes and customer outcomes.\nMinimum Education & Typical Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nTypically requires 4+ years of relevant professional experience.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n4+ years of experience in systems integration, interface certification, implementation, API support, or a related technical field.\nExperience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration testing tools.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nExperience troubleshooting system integrations, interfaces, and data transactions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nExperience working with healthcare or pharmacy technology platforms.\nFamiliarity with HL7, FHIR, NCPDP Script, or NCPDP Telecommunications standards.\nExposure cloud-based integration environments, Postman, SoapUI, or similar testing and certification tools.\nExposure to AI-enabled tools that improve troubleshooting, testing, or operational efficiency.\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
