Office Administrator

Duties include: Responding to phone calls and emails Accounts payable and receivable, including entering and paying bills, creating invoices, balance sheet, receiving payments, etc. Payroll responsibilities, updating information and gathering time, communicating with supervisors Bank/credit card reconciliation Filing of court paperwork as needed Data entry Communication with outside vendors and customers Assist with other office duties as needed Required experience: 1. Excellent communication skills 2. Experience with Microsoft Office 3. Quickbooks experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Flexible schedule Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: QuickBooks: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
