You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways:\r\nTeam Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.\r\nDesign & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\n5+ years of professional experience in data engineering.\r\nAdvanced English is required.\r\nSuccessful completion of a four-year college degree is required.\r\nSolid background working within Databricks environments as the primary platform for scalable data services and enterprise-grade pipeline development.\r\nDemonstrated expertise designing and implementing complex ETL/ELT pipelines in distributed data ecosystems.\r\nProven experience developing data ingestion microservices and RESTful APIs/SDKs to enable scalable and secure data integration.\r\nStrong engineering rigor, including CI/CD integration, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and version control best practices within data platforms.\r\nExperience debugging, optimizing, and scaling distributed data processing systems in high-volume environments.\r\nDemonstrated ability to drive technical leadership as a Staff or Lead engineer, promoting adoption of robust software design patterns and architectural standards.\r\nExperience building and maintaining real-time or streaming data pipelines within low-latency architectures is preferred.\r\nStrong familiarity with observability frameworks, including automated data quality validation, monitoring, and logging practices.\r\nExperience working with data governance tools such as data catalogs, discovery platforms, and security scanning solutions.\r\nProven experience handling sensitive healthcare data at scale, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and PHI security standards.\r\nExperience operating within regulated, compliance-driven enterprise environments is required.\r\nAbility to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.\r\nAbility to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.\r\nForensic attention to detail.\r\nA positive mindset and a can-do attitude.\r\nExperience working on Agile / Scrum teams.\r\nMeaningful experience working on large, complex systems.\r\nAbility to take extreme ownership over your work, ensuring you meet expectations set with your team.\r\nAbility to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make.\r\nAbility to consistently work 40 hours per week.\r\nWhat We Offer\r\nCompetitive Salary.\r\nPaid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, holidays).\r\n100% remote work.\r\nThe ability to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.\r\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance.\r\n401(k) w/ 4% match.\r\nAmple opportunity for career advancement.\r\nContinuing education opportunities.\r\nFullStack is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
