This role focuses on regional program execution, data analysis, coaching, auditing, and hands-on support of site maintenance and operations teams. The position serves as a technical reliability leader, bridging corporate standards and site-level execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCorporate Reliability & CBM Support\n\nSupport regional sites with continuous improvement of CBM programs including vibration analysis, oil analysis, ultrasound, thermography, UT, and wireless condition monitoring.\n\nAnalyze predictive data, identify trends, and provide clear, data-driven repair and risk-based maintenance recommendations.\n\nPerform troubleshooting and validation of repairs through follow-up data collection and analysis.\n\nTrack work requests in CMMS/EAM systems based on asset criticality and condition findings.\n\nStandards, Processes & Audits\n\nPromote and audit compliance with corporate reliability standards, OEM requirements, and MOC-approved modifications.\n\nAudit CBM routes, procedures, PMs, lubrication programs, spare parts/BOMs, and documentation accuracy.\n\nProvide feedback and corrective actions to ensure consistent execution across sites.\n\nSupport Management of Change (MOC) processes related to reliability strategies and asset modifications.\n\nTraining, Coaching & Collaboration\n\nTrain, mentor, and develop site CBM Technicians, Lubrication Technicians, and Maintenance personnel.\n\nCoach site leadership on reliability fundamentals, risk-based decision making, and proper response to CBM findings.\n\nServe as a \"boots-on-the-ground\" reliability resource during site visits.\n\nCollaborate with other Regional Engineers, Corporate Reliability, and site teams to share best practices.\n\nProgram Management & Vendor Support\n\nAssist with regional CBM program management, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCoordinate contractor and vendor activities related to predictive technologies and data collection.\n\nStay current on reliability technologies, tools, and industry best practices.\n\nSafety & Quality\n\nChampion corporate safety and quality expectations.\n\nIdentify, report, and elevate safety issues observed during site work and audits.\n\nEnsure all reliability activities are conducted in accordance with safe work practices.\n\nWeekly / Ongoing Activities\n\nTravel to sites based on regional support needs.\n\nReview predictive and wireless sensor data; issue findings and follow-ups.\n\nPerform spot checks of CBM programs, routes, and technician execution.\n\nCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to close findings and confirm repair effectiveness.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)\n\nStrong reliability mindset focused on maintaining assets in OEM or MOC-approved condition.\n\nAbility to translate condition data into actionable maintenance recommendations.\n\nProactive self-starter capable of advancing programs with minimal supervision.\n\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to lead difficult, constructive conversations.\n\nStrong collaboration skills within a matrixed organization.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS/EAM systems.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.\n\n4-7 years of experience\n\nExperience in maintenance and reliability within asset-intensive, heavy industrial or continuous manufacturing environments.\n\nDemonstrated experience with CBM technologies including vibration analysis and oil analysis.\n\nExperience with RCA and FMEA.\n\nISO-certified Vibration Analyst Category II.\n\nPreferred / Desired Qualifications\n\nCertified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP).\n\nMachinery Lubrication Technician or Analyst (MLT/MLA Level I or higher).\n\nUltrasound Level I certification.\n\nThermography certification (preferred but not required).\n\nTravel Requirements\nWillingness and ability to travel monthly; travel is a core function of the role.\n\nThis position is not eligible for visa support.\n\nEEO Statement\nEnviva is dedicated to the principles of equal employment opportunity (EEO) in any term, condition or privilege of employment.
