The company makes accommodations on request, if the accommodations are reasonable, and allow otherwise qualified applicants to perform these functions.\n1. Understands and follows all company policies. Reads bulletin boards and pay check attachments for updates on information.\n2. Attendance is very important..\n3. Performs daily audits, to ensure set up verifications, process adjustment logs and other necessary documents are being completed as specified.\n4. Ensures machine efficiency and shift utilization by promptly setting and processing molds. Makes sure all necessary equipment is ready.\n5. Maintains proper operation methods, processing, communication, documentation and defect identification. Makes necessary adjustments to machines for production with consideration of engineering and quality guidelines, customer requirements and machine capability.\n6. Communicates immediately with shift supervisor or other affected employees regarding any problems.\n7. Complies with all safety guidelines associated with duties including machine lockout, use of a ladder for mounting machine and other applicable MIOSHA standards.\n8. Sets tools following processes or established processes as needed.\n9. Ensures proper department housekeeping by maintaining tools and accessory equipment (hoses, clamps, tool boxes, etc.) in their proper place.\n10. Ability to use tools necessary in production set-up and maintenance.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nManufacturing setting, with a loud noise level.\nProcess Tech Expectations:\nCommunicate with out going staff.\nReview schedule for upcoming jobs.\nState and/or confirm tools are stated for upcoming changes.\nComplete mold changes per Mattec and start up. Must wear hard hat and lock out machines.\nConfirm cycle is running to standard.
