RV Service ManagerPleasureLand RV Center is looking for a driven and experienced RV Service Manager to lead our service department. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving department performance, and supporting a high-performing team.PleasureLand RV has been family-owned since 1971 and is the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest. It requires a goal-driven, results-focused leader who takes ownership of department performance, builds accountability, communicates clearly, and ensures each step of the service process is followed with professionalism and attention to detail.What You'll DoIn this role, you will lead the service department with a focus on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, team development, and consistent execution.
