This role requires expertise in Java, Node.js/TypeScript, React, and cloud-based architectures, with experience designing scalable applications, integrating AI/LLM capabilities, and delivering secure, reliable solutions in regulated environments.\n\nThe candidate must reside within the continental US.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using technologies such as Java, Java EE, Java 17, Spring, Node.js/TypeScript, React, Angular, Python, Django, Flask, and FastAPI.\nDevelop responsive user interfaces with a focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.\nBuild and maintain server-side applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.\nDesign and implement data solutions using relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.\nDevelop event-driven architectures and cloud-native applications to support enterprise-scale systems.\nIntegrate AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities using platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Claude.\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend tools, frameworks, and architectures to improve application capabilities.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining high-quality coding standards.\nParticipate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, technical design discussions, development, testing, and deployments.\nDevelop automated tests and support quality assurance efforts using tools such as Cypress and Playwright.\nIdentify and remediate security vulnerabilities while following secure software development practices.\nCollaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions.\nTake on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer.\nStrong experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS and/or Angular.\nHands-on experience with backend development using Java, Spring, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python frameworks.\nExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.\nExperience integrating AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs, into production systems.\nExperience with AWS cloud-native services such as Aurora, ECS, SQS, S3, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.\nExperience designing AI-enabled, data-intensive, or highly scalable systems.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical challenges.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAdditional Qualifications:\nExperience with the VA or other Government agencies.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines\nExperience with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.\nExperience working with AI/ML platforms, enterprise AI solutions, or generative AI technologies.\nAbility to obtain government clearance.\nBenefits:\nMedical/Dental/Vision\nPTO + Federal Holidays\nCorporate Laptop\nTraining opportunities\n401(k) with employer match\nRemote work options\nNote: Selected candidates will be required to complete fingerprinting at a government facility and undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.\nMind Computing is an equal opportunity employer.
