This role is ideal for someone who can build thoughtful and effective programs, facilitate engaging learning sessions, and connect learning priorities directly to the needs of the business. This role requires being onsite 4 days/week with Fridays WFH.Compensation range: $130,000 - 150,000Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development program aligned with organizational priorities.Design and deliver programs focused on aspects such as leadership development, management training, professional skills, career development and succession.Partner with business leaders to assess skill gaps, identify development needs, and strengthen leadership capability and internal talent pipelines.Facilitate workshops, leadership training, and development programs using instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and experiential formats.Manage learning platforms, including course administration, reporting, user engagement, and measurement of program effectiveness.Required Qualifications:5–8 years of experience in Learning & DevelopmentDemonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, training sessions, and workshops.Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning methodologies, facilitation, and data-driven program evaluation.Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder partnership skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page Distinction Our teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement.
