Manufacturing Technician ILeading global healthcare company looking for an entry level Manufacturing Technician I. Ideal candidates should have at least a High school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biologics processing within a GMP setting.ResponsibilitiesPerform fundamental tasks within a GMP environment to support manufacturing operations, including cleaning and maintaining the workplace to meet bioburden control standards.Set up and operate equipment in a biologics processing environment for plasma-derived pharmaceuticals.Conduct detailed cleaning of equipment and facilities to MSP/cGMP standards.Complete technical training profiles as required and adhere strictly to department safety rules.Monitor processing parameters such as pH, weights, separation, and assay results during bulk processing and filtration.Perform real-time documentation during production runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Maintain neat and accurate records/logs in accordance with standard procedures.Work well with others in a team environment, demonstrating proactive, results-oriented behavior with strong attention to detail.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals/biologics processing within a GMP environment.Fluency in English (verbal and written).Basic math skills with proficiency in the metric system.Accurate documentation skills and basic computer skills.Mechanical aptitude and ability to use a 10-key calculator.Ability to lift/push 50 lbs and work in a clean room manufacturing environment.Must be able to work in cold environments, including bending or standing for prolonged periods.Availability to work any shift, including weekends.Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and use good judgment.
