This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and collaborative team, work on sophisticated transactions, and build your career in a firm that values both excellence and work-life balance.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.About the Role As a member of the Business Transactions & Corporate Law Practice Group, you will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, representing businesses ranging from emerging companies to established enterprises across various industries.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and joint venture agreementsAdvise clients on general corporate governance, entity formation, and business structuringAssist with mergers, acquisitions, and other complex business transactionsConduct due diligence and manage transaction timelinesProvide ongoing corporate counsel to a diverse client baseDraft and review NDAs, licensing agreements, and other commercial contractsCollaborate with attorneys across practice groups including real estate, employment, and litigationStay current on developments in corporate law and regulations affecting clientsQualifications3+ years of corporate and/or transactional experience at a law firmActive California Bar admission requiredStrong transactional drafting and negotiation skillsExcellent legal xaygatp writing, research, and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills with clients and colleaguesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal research platformsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyMust be able to pass a background checkBenefitsCompensation: $180,000+, commensurate with experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Life insurancePaid time offEmployee assistance program
