It is detail oriented; works in a team environment and can stand for long periods of time.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPerform a variety of operations involving the manufacture of simple to complex mechanical metal assemblies and sub-assemblies.\nUse of high-level mechanical aptitude and competency in assemblies.\nExperience with Riveting and Glue Assemblies.\nBuild to productivity and quality goals.\nAssemble components and finished goods to product specifications.\nAbility to interpret product diagrams/blueprints.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot defects and errors in mechanical components.\nIdentify and solve problems related to broken mechanical products.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\n\nHigh School or GED Diploma.\nMinimum 2-year Work Experience in a related field.\nAbility to read/learn blueprints and other product specification documents.\nProficient in the use of hand tools, air tools, and torque specs.\nAbility to use measuring instruments (Micrometers - Calipers); preferred.\nInterpersonal skills.\nGreat communication and organizational skills.\nPositive Attitude.\nAbility to work as part of a team.\nSelf-motivated and work independently.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nThis position will work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to heavy equipment, machinery, and related noise levels. Position will be primarily working in a standing position for up to 6 plus hours per day. Some duties will require sitting for short periods of time.
