US Citizenship required.\nResponsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Direction\nSets technical priorities and direction for Cloud Engineering teams in alignment with architectural standards and business objectives\nReviews and approves major technical decisions, designs, and tradeoffs\nActs as an escalation point for high-impact technical and operational issues\nEnsures consistent application of engineering standards, security requirements, and best practices across the team(s)\nTeam Leadership & Performance Management\nManages performance, development, and engagement of Cloud Engineers and Team Leads\nSets clear expectations, goals, and accountability for team outcomes\nSupports career development, feedback cycles, and succession planning\nDelivery Ownership & Planning\nOwns delivery commitments, timelines, and outcomes across assigned teams\nPrioritizes work based on business needs, risk, and capacity\nManages dependencies, execution risks, and delivery tradeoffs\nEnsures effective execution of operational responsibilities, including incident response and remediation\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartners with Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance leaders to align priorities and execution\nRepresents Cloud Engineering in planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions\nEnsures cross-team initiatives are effectively coordinated and delivered\nCompliance, Risk & Operational Accountability\nAccountable for compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards (e.g., SOC2) across the team(s)\nPartners with Compliance and Security teams on audits, risk mitigation, and control implementation\nEnsures appropriate processes, controls, and evidence collection are in place\nSkills and Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience\n5–7 years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.\nExcellent managerial and organizational skills, strong decision-making, and resource allocation.\nProficiency in team management, process improvement, and effective communication.\nAbility to manage team performance, foster a collaborative environment, and support team development.\nAbility to manage teams, ensure alignment with company goals, and drive performance improvements.\nDemonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team leaders and business partners.\nCommitment to staying current with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.\nIn-depth understanding of departmental workflows and cross-functional processes.\nAdvanced data analysis and performance metrics.\nStrategic planning and resource allocation. #LI-NA1\nCompensation\nSalary will be commensurate with experience.\nCulture, Career Opportunities and Benefits\nWe build teams that continually strive to get better than the day before.
