Reporting to the Superintendent and Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of materials and the direct supervision of a team. This role requires a leader who can navigate a fast-paced environment, manage labor relations with the UAW, and drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.
