PTI is a diverse plastic injection molding company servicing the medical, defense/aerospace, and commercial/consumer products industries.\r\nASSEMBLY OPERATORS ensure quality product is shipped to the customer using established operator instructions and quality criteria and data is accurately recorded on the appropriate forms.\r\nResponsibilities and Duties\r\nTo safely operate assembly equipment per instructions, using quality and set standards per their guidelines, including secondary activities.\r\nOperate and respect assembly equipment as per operator instructions specifically for that operation.\r\nTo assure all information, supplies, and equipment needed are at the work station and are being used properly.\r\nKeep work areas clean and organized at all times.\r\nProperly fill out all documentation per instructions.\r\nWork together and support co-workers as needed or directed by your supervisor.\r\nCapable of recognizing the difference between a quality and non-conforming product utilizing a quality criteria board/instructions.\r\nTo collect any non-conforming parts that are not identified on sample board, so the criteria board can be updated.\r\nFill out and verify the proper label for the product before placing in on the upper right-hand side of the carton opposite the seam.\r\nReport any damage, or safety issues, of any equipment or accident to your supervisor immediately.\r\nTo help in maintaining the shop's safety, organization, and housekeeping, including packaging area, at all times.\r\nInitiate and recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.\r\nInitiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system through the appropriate channels.\r\nPerform other duties as instructed by supervisor, or as may be necessary to maintain efficient operations.\r\nNote: When applying for an open position, please include complete Work History on your application to be considered for the position.\r\nBenefits Include:\r\nMedical, Dental, Vision with Wellness Plan incentives\r\n401 K plan\r\n11 paid holidays\r\nShort-Term & Long-Term Disability\r\nVacation and Personal time\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
