If you’re eager to make a tangible impact and advance your career in a vibrant, innovative environment - apply today and join us on this exciting journey!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nParticipate in all phases of software development with a focus on creating, supporting, and improving the front end of flagship software applications and other critical systems.\nCollaborate with the Software CAD/GEO, Software UI Design, and Software QA teams to discuss, research, and implement fixes, features, and UI/UX improvements to applications.\nArticulate workflows, bug fixes, and other improvements with demonstrations or associated documentation.\nShow an affinity for creating and improving software and be willing to collaborate with other developers and supporting team members on implementation strategies.\nCommunicate daily progress and interact with other areas of the business.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from a four-year college; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nProficiency in an object-related programming language, such as C#, Python, or Java.\nFamiliar or proficient with front-end frameworks, such as WPF or MAUI/Blazor.\nEffective communication skills for conveying technical concepts to potentially non-technical stakeholders.\nComfortable in a collaborative, team-focused environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of UX-related experience.\nProficiency in WPF and MAUI/Blazor.\nStrong communication abilities, excelling within collaborative settings, and capable of leading intricate technical dialogues.\nStuller is the jewelry industry's largest manufacturer, supplier, and technology developer in North America.
