Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate (CSA) is an integral part of the operations team, who prepares materials, onboards new insurance policies and investment accounts, and maintains client relationships through account and policy servicing. Responsibilities will vary with development & cross-training.Onboarding & Support• facilitate & oversee day-to-day insurance & investment operations• gather information for system input, applications, & meetings• prepare & modify reports, proposals, & review materials• maintain tasks & opportunities for new policies/accounts & strategy implementation• process client correspondence & Northwestern Mutual Home Office inquiries• monitoring of activity to ensure quality control & compliance requirements are metPolicy & Account Processing• liaise between clients & underwriters/brokers to efficiently facilitate application process• facilitate all tasks associated with establishing new policies/accounts, including all asset movement (transfer & rollover guidance)• execution of initial trading• administration & review of deposits, withdrawals, trade status, & program eligibilityClient Service• accept & execute a wide range of maintenance & service for life, disability, & long-term care insurance, as well as brokerage & advisory investments• discuss products, performance, tax consequences, asset allocation, & fees with established clientsEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS• 4-year college degree, preferably in business or finance• familiarity with life insurance regulations, terminology, & illustrations• Ohio Insurance License (or obtain within 60 days of hire)• FINRA Securities Registration: SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 (or obtain within 15 months of hire)PREFERRED EXPERIENCE• experience in financial services and/or wealth management industry• experience with financial planning software• experience in trading & personal securities transactions• FINRA Securities Registration: Series 7 (or obtain within 24 months of hire; required)• a bakery on your way to the office (the team enjoys morning treats)ABOUT US: At Roach McIntyre & Associates, we provide high-end services to our clients, most of whom are business owners, executives, attorneys, and physicians, in four main categories: personal and/or business financial planning, wealth management, retirement income distribution, and risk management.
