Manufacturing Engineer - Strongsville - 1st and 2nd ShiftJob Category: Engineering Requisition Number: MANUF001135Posted: February 12, 2026Full-Time On-site Strongsville, OH 44149, USADescriptionKey Responsibilities:Provide daily manufacturing engineering support to production, including troubleshooting of process, quality, and equipment issuesDevelop, implement, and sustain manufacturing processes and standard work for metal fabrication and assembly operationsCreate and maintain manufacturing documentation such as process flows, PFMEAs, control plans, work instructions, and setup sheetsSupport new product introductions, design for manufacturability reviews, and feasibility assessmentsLead or support root cause and corrective action activities to address production and quality issuesSupport sample builds, process trials, and engineering changes to validate and improve manufacturing processesAssist with capacity analysis, costing, and support of capital equipment projectsImprove manufacturing layouts, material flow, ergonomics, tooling, and fixturesCollaborate cross-functionally to support training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting metal fabrication or assembly processesWorking knowledge of metalworking processes and materialsProficiency with CAD software, preferably SolidWorksPreferred Qualifications:Experience with punching, forming, welding, tube bending, tube expansion, and sheet metal fabricationFamiliarity with PFMEA, control plans, ERP systems (QAD preferred), and root cause methodologiesExperience supporting capital equipment projects and lean manufacturing initiativesFamiliarity with gas combustion products, heat exchangers, or similar thermal/mechanical systemsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
