You will report to the Value Stream Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Murphy, NC.\nTo be considered for 3rd Shift Supervisor, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:\nHigh School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.\nAt least 5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing operation with at least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nWilling to work overtime and Saturdays as required.\nAdept at using iPhone or other remote devices to monitor email for efficient and prompt response.\nAbility to work with and around magnets that have a strong electromagnetic field.\nAs a 3rd Shift Supervisor, you will:\nAdministers company policies within his/her group and evaluates job performance on the part of those reporting to him.\nProvides employee development, counsel and discipline.\nMaintains production schedules; ensures that products are tested and inspected to meet assigned quality standards.\nAlways strives to meet production, delivery, quality, and cost of quality goals. Sets priorities, organizes and coordinates work.\nAdjusts work assignments to respond to changing priorities.
