This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify qualified candidates to provide civil engineering expertise throughout the planning, design, and execution of construction and infrastructure efforts. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings supporting safe, compliant, and mission-ready facilities aligned to customer priorities.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport facility and infrastructure projects by performing technical analyses, evaluating design needs, and developing practical engineering recommendations.\nManage and coordinate projects from planning through completion, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy, constructability, and compliance.\nRecommend design modifications and engineering solutions to address technical issues, site constraints, and evolving project requirements.\nEnsure projects align with applicable building codes, local ordinances, federal regulations, engineering standards, and customer requirements.\nProvide technical expertise across civil, environmental, site development, utility, drainage, and related infrastructure systems.\nCollaborate with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders while preparing clear technical reports, assessments, recommendations, and presentations.\nSupport multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.\nQualifications:\nU.S. citizenship required\nAbility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline\n5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience\nExperience performing technical engineering analyses for facility, infrastructure, or construction projects\nDemonstrated experience managing, coordinating, and executing civil engineering projects from planning through completion\nExperience evaluating engineering designs and recommending modifications based on project requirements and site conditions\nStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, industry standards, local ordinances, and applicable federal regulations\nExperience collaborating with customers and multidisciplinary project teams\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills\nDesired\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license\nProficiency with AutoCAD or comparable engineering design software\nExperience supporting federal government or Intelligence Community facilities and infrastructure\nExperience with environmental, site development, utilities, drainage, or related civil infrastructure systems\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and developing professional technical presentations\nSalary Range: USD $125,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.\n\nThe Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
