Create architecture standards, roadmaps, and technical strategies. Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards and best practices. Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical evaluations, and solution design reviews. Provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC. Support production readiness, deployment planning, and operational sustainability. Serve as the technical SME for assigned solutions and domains. Mentor junior team members and provide architectural guidance. Preferred Background Experience delivering enterprise-scale Java-based solutions. Knowledge of SOA, ESB, JMS, XML, Web Services, and middleware integrations. Experience with application servers such as WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, or Spring. Familiarity with TIBCO and Informatica platforms is a plus. Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture.
