About the RoleInsurance job opening for an experienced commercial lines client service professional. As Commercial Insurance Account Executive you support a P&C team that's rapidly expanding, helping ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention. Duties & ResponsibilitiesClosely work with clients to fulfill all daily client service needs. Follow up on questions about coverage, billing, claims, and other outstanding matters.Gather information for renewal. Review policies for accuracy and prepare submissions for remarketing. Coordinate timelines with underwriters to secure competitive quotes and put together proposals.Work closely with internal teams to ensure escalated client issues are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Coordinate efforts with producers to identify account rounding, upselling, and referral opportunities.Skills & ExperienceAt least 4-5 years of commercial lines property and casualty account management experience. Excellent client communication, presentation, and stewardship skills.
