Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Responsibilities include: -Answering calls/emails and interacting with customers. -Relaying quotes for materials to customers, taking down orders and quote requests, and sending order acknowledgements. -Filing. -Accounts receivable (typing and sending out invoices, applying checks to invoices, requesting payment status for overdue invoices). -Placing purchase orders for any materials the facility needs. -Tracking open orders. Required skills/education: -High school diploma/GED. -Must be able to type with ease & have experience with Microsoft Word/Excel -Able to provide good customer service/interact with customers pleasantly and respectfully. -Have excellent grammar and spelling. Preferred but not required: -2 years of customer service skills Work Remotely No Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Franklin Park, IL 60131: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
