The world runs on data. Data runs on STACK.The PositionThe Construction Security Program Manager is responsible for the physical security of STACK’s North American construction projects. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in security practices and management, tactically implementing best practices at data center construction sites.The DetailsThe Construction Security Program Manager is responsible for ensuring Contractor compliance with security requirements. This candidate must be comfortable identifying potential security gaps and recommending remediation solutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Location: Shreveport, LATravel: 10% travel domesticallyMust be eligible to work in the United StatesMust pass a comprehensive background screeningMust-have Qualifications5 years of experience in security management preferred2 years of experience in construction projects preferredSubject matter expertise in physical security processes and technologiesExperience conducting inspections to identify security risksExperience investigating and documenting root cause analysis of issuesData center or construction site security experience preferredComfortable working in a matrixed organizationExperience working with external security services firmsThis Might Be Right For You IfYou are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.You do not get flustered easily.
