Come join our amazing team of professionals today!\nAre you a job candidate passionate about working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or a job candidate that already holds a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician certification?\nAutism and Developmental Intervention Services, Inc. (A.D.I.S) provides both center based and in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic individuals to join our team! A.D.I.S. will provide paid training for the selected candidate to become a Registered Behavior Technician (see www.BACB.com for more information on becoming an RBT).\nA.D.I.S. is currently hiring for two part-time positions. The first position is Monday through Friday, working between the hours of 8:30am-6:00pm, 30-37 consistent hours a week in both clinic and in-home, no weekends. The 2nd position is Monday through Friday, working between the hours of 3:30pm-6:00pm, 10-12.5 hours a week in clinic, no weekends.\nService Areas: Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar. We offer both Center/Clinic and In-home positions.\nStarting hourly rate $21.00-$23.00.\nMileage (.725 cents per mile) and drive time reimbursement ($16.90 an hour, current minimum wage).\nExtensive hands-on training (online and on-sight) and ongoing program oversight by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.\nOpportunity to work with children of all ages.\nPaid sick leave (40 hours) accrual basis.\nPaid holidays (6 major holidays).\nResponsibilities:\nImplement individualized treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (B.C.B.A.s) to help children increase skills.\nTeach and help to promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance for every individual.\nCollect and accurately record data on clients progress.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required. Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred but not required. We will provide selected job candidate with paid Registered Behavior Technician 40 hour online training.\nCandidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential.\nApplicants must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, creative, organized, and reliable.\nMinimum of 2 years working with children with or without disabilities; experience working with children who have autism or developmental disabilities strongly preferred but not required.\nReliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver's license.\nAbility to work well independently and as a team\nAbility to interact with children( i.e. running and implementing physical intervention and strategies when necessary).\nComfortable working with children who display behavior problems\nPlease contact Naomi Alexander 951-290-1175\nAutism and Developmental Intervention Services, Inc.
