This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start a long-term career in the HVAC trade. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, gaining hands-on training and real-world experience installing residential and commercial HVAC systems.\nResponsibilities\nAssist lead installers with installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork\nTransport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites\nFollow all safety guidelines and company procedures\nLearn to read blueprints and installation specifications\nMaintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles\nSupport team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time\nProvide professional and courteous interaction with customers\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\nStrong interest in HVAC or skilled trades\nMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn\nAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record\nReliable transportation to report to job sites\nStrong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude\nPreferred (Not Required)\nEnrollment in or completion of a trade school program\nBasic knowledge of hand and power tools\nEPA certification (or willingness to obtain)\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive hourly pay ($20–$25) with growth opportunities\nHands-on training and career advancement within the company\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable)\nPaid time off and holidays\nRetirement plan options (if applicable)\nA supportive, team-focused work environment\nThis role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your technical expertise while contributing to essential building systems.
