Maintenance Systems Training & Adoption Specialist (Enterprise CMMS Deployment) Duration: 1 year contract Pay Range: $45.00 - $60.00 Location: Mounds View, MN Travel to client sites for on site workshops. Visit 1-2 sites per months for 2-4 day workshops. Some sites are in Twin Cities, others across US. Hours: 8am to 5pmMon - Fri Careers that Change Lives The Enterprise Maintenance Excellence (EMEx) function is part of the Operations Innovation (OI) Group and focuses on optimizing the full equipment lifecycle through standardized work, engineering strategy, and enterprise-wide deployment of maintenance best practices. As part of this, EMEx is deploying a global Computerized Asset Management System (CAMS) and standardized Work Management Process to enable consistent ways of working, improve data quality, and support data-driven decision-making. We are seeking a Maintenance Systems Training & Adoption Specialist to support the global CMMS deployment by delivering high-quality, role-based system training and enabling site adoption. This role plays a critical part in ensuring users can confidently adopt the system and embed standardized maintenance work management processes. A Day in the Life (Computerized Asset Management System Training) • System Training Delivery: Deliver structured system training to manufacturing and non-manufacturing site users, ensuring they can confidently perform day-to-day maintenance activities within the CMMS. • Role-Based Enablement: Deliver standardized training aligned to defined maintenance roles and responsibilities, ensuring consistency across sites. • Training Needs Assessment: Engage with deployment and site teams to assess training needs and tailor delivery to support site readiness and adoption. • Process Alignment: Ensure training reflects approved global work management processes and system configurations, reinforcing standardized ways of working. • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with site maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to support understanding of system use and process expectations. • Adoption & Confidence Building: Reinforce correct system usage, address common questions, and support users in building confidence in using the system effectively. • Hypercare Training Support: Provide refresher and targeted training during hypercare as sites transition into steady-state usage. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with PMO, Change Management, and deployment teams to align training delivery with overall deployment timelines and site readiness. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve training materials, delivery methods, and support approaches to strengthen adoption and user experience. Must Haves • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related discipline OR equivalent practical experience • Proven experience delivering software/system training in a professional or enterprise environment • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences • Experience developing and delivering role-based training or structured learning programs • Ability to translate system functionality into clear, practical guidance for end users • Experience working in cross-functional, project-driven environments Nice to Have • Understanding of maintenance work management processes (planning, scheduling, execution, close-out) • Experience with CMMS or Enterprise Asset Management systems (e.g. eMaint, Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM) • Experience supporting enterprise system deployments or transformation programs • Familiarity with change management principles and user adoption strategies • Experience supporting hypercare or post go-live environments • Exposure to data migration concepts or system data structures • Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments Benefits: (employee contribution) Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #IND0626
