Inventory Specialist Warehouse

Position Summary-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ODOO ERP Highly organized and proactive Inventory Specialist to oversee all aspects of inventory control and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate, real-time inventory data within the Odoo ERP system, supporting efficient product flow from receiving through distribution, and minimizing discrepancies through consistent monitoring and process improvement. The Inventory Specialist will play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy and optimizing storage utilization. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Odoo ERP for inventory management and at least 5 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using Odoo ERP system · Monitor stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies · Receive, inspect, and properly count incoming shipments · Prepare and fulfill orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness · Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials · Maintain organized warehouse layout for optimal efficiency · Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams · Generate inventory reports using Odoo · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies · Prepare UPS daily shipments along with appropriate paperwork · Direct drivers as needed to maintain workflow · Clean work areas as needed · Back up driver for emergency deliveries as needed · Maintain safe work area · Additional duties as required Required Qualifications: · Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using Odoo ERP system · 5 years experience operating forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials · Knowledge of barcode scanning systems and inventory tracking tools · Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment Work Environment: Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures Frequent standing, lifting, and equipment operation Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Odoo ERP: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
