Experience with testing: Jest/RNTL (unit), Detox/XCUITest/Espresso (E2E), contract tests for native/RN bridge - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills - Experience with cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - Knowledge of App Store and Play Store submission processes - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, design, and delivery teams - Strong end-to-end accountability and a track record of taking delivery fully to completion - Clear ownership mindset — not someone who leaves delivery responsibility with another organization - Solid experience working with offshore teams and driving work through closure across distributed teams -
