The position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform fine sewing tasks using a microscope.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nAssemble sewn structural heart devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures\r\nPerform precision sewing using suture and needle under a microscope\r\nUtilize small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measuring equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures\r\nEnsure all materials used in device manufacturing meet design specifications and quality standards\r\nSupport activities related to design, testing, verification, and validation for both new and existing products\r\nFollow established procedures and maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements\r\nCollaborate with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement efforts\r\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\r\nAbility to perform extremely detailed, precision-oriented work\r\nExperience working in a cleanroom environment (preferred)\r\nStrong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination\r\nAbility to sew using a suture and needle, ideally under magnification\r\nComfortable using microscopes for extended periods\r\nFamiliarity with small tools and measurement equipment\r\nWork Environment\r\nCleanroom setting requiring strict adherence to contamination control practices\r\nRepetitive fine motor tasks and extended periods of focused, detailed work\r\nQualifications:\r\nExperience Required: 1 to 3 years of experience in \"Clean-Room\" and assembly line.\r\nMicroscope experience and sewing are highly preferred.\r\nMust be able to speak, read, and write English\r\nPreferably understand SOPs in the FDA and GMP\r\nEducation: H.S.
