Make a difference.\nPosition Overview\nThe Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and clerical support to the Campus Director. This role ensures the efficient operation of the Director’s office through organization, communication, scheduling, and coordination of daily activities.\nYou will manage sensitive information, support center operations, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communication.\nWhat You Bring\nYou bring organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. This role builds administrative, coordination, and communication skills that carry forward into higher-level positions.\nCore Responsibilities\nProvides administrative support to the Campus Director, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of daily activities\nPrepares business correspondence, reports, and documents using standard office software\nComposes routine correspondence for review and signature\nMaintains organized and confidential files and records\nAttends meetings, takes notes, and prepares summaries or reports as needed\nCoordinates meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements\nAssists with planning and preparation for special events and center functions\nManages incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing or responding as appropriate\nEnsures accuracy by proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting\nOrders and maintains office supplies and equipment\nSupports system organization and basic data management practices\nAssists in training new clerical staff as needed\nMaintains a professional office environment and ensures equipment and materials are properly handled\nAttends required training sessions\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nAssociate degree in business or related field preferred\nMinimum of three years of administrative or clerical experience preferred\nValid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision\nStrong typing and computer skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion\nKnowledge of standard office procedures and practices\nVeteran Friendly Employer\nWe proudly stand as a Veteran friendly employer and recognize the value of service, leadership, and real-world experience.
