This is a deployment technician position configuring implementing end-user systems. The candidate must have strong technical and communication skills. Day-to-day duties will include remote and on-site technical support for our customers. Candidate must have an entrepreneurial attitude and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.\nCandidate must possess the following skills and experience:\nGood personality - Able to interact with and support customers while maintaining a friendly attitude\nHighly organized\nExcellent time management skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong search engine and research capabilities\nWindows System Administration in a distributed environment - Desktop and Server\nActive Directory Administration\nApplication Support and Administration\nAnti-virus administration and malware remediation\nBackup and recovery software\nTroubleshooting of hardware and OS issues\nMobile device support\nNetworking concepts and hardware\nFamiliarity with network cabling\nUnderstanding TCP/IP Networking\nSwitches, Routers, and Firewalls\nWireless networks\nRemote-access and site-to-site VPN\nAny of the following skills and/or certifications are a plus:\nMicrosoft Windows Server\nMicrosoft Exchange\nCisco IOS and/or ASA firewall\nLinux\nVMware\nHyperV\nSQL\nOther Requirements:\nCandidate must be willing to work overtime and be on call.\nCandidate must have reliable transportation as there is local travel required.\nCandidate must be able to work from home.\nBenefits include health insurance, cell phone allowance, and retirement plan.
