This role partners with business stakeholders, analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality data products and ensure data quality, performance, and reliability.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign and maintain dimensional data models and curated datasets.\nDevelop automated, scalable ELT pipelines.\nImplement data quality monitoring, testing, and automation.\nPartner with business users, analysts, and data scientists to deliver analytics solutions.\nSupport BI platforms, reporting, and dashboard migrations.\nUse software development best practices including Git, code reviews, and CI/CD.\nCollaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and production support.\n\nRequired Experience\n\n6+ years in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Engineering.\nAdvanced SQL skills, including complex transformations and performance tuning.\nStrong Data Warehousing and Dimensional Data Modeling experience.\nExperience designing and maintaining Fact and Dimension tables.\nHands-on experience with Snowflake.\nExperience developing analytics models using dbt.\nExperience with data quality testing and validation.\nExperience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD.\nExperience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Business Objects.\nExperience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Hive, or Sqoop.\nExperience building and consuming APIs.\nLinux experience (RHEL/Debian).\nScripting experience using Python, Bash, or similar languages.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working in Agile environments.\n\nPreferred Experience\n\n8+ years in data and analytics.\nExperience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nExperience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools.\nExperience supporting BI migrations to Power BI.\nExperience with semantic models and analytics engineering best practices.\nEducation\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
