Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.\r\nWage/Salary Range: $135k - $155k\r\nApplicants will be notified via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal.\r\nEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdvise and assist highly skilled Product Owners to help drive further growth through the continued development and maintenance of the products within product center.\r\nDevelop product management processes and toolsets for their assigned product center and respective roadmap.\r\nWorks with Government Value Center lead to align portfolio managers and stakeholders around the vision for the Value Center\r\nManages the work of the product center.\r\nAligns priority across products within the product center\r\nAllocating requirements to Product Teams and ensuring that the Product Teams are driving towards the business outcomes provided.\r\nRemoving blockers as escalated from Product Teams.\r\nManages priorities across Product Teams according to customer direction.\r\nRequired (Minimum Necessary) QualificationsEducation Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in computer science or related major, or 5-10 years equivalent experience.\r\nLevel of Experience Requirements: Three (3) years’ experience as a Product Owner and with managing multiple IT projects.\r\nTen (10) years’ experience in Supply\r\nTwo (2) years’ experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery operations.\r\nMust hold or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance; requires U.S. citizenship\r\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other CharacteristicsAbility to lead a cross-functional Value Center Agile team in the development and support of new product initiatives spanning many internal teams.\r\nComprehensive knowledge of logistics systems affected in Supply Value Center\r\nAbility to manage our supply needs, including analytics to understand and coordinate across the logistics portfolio.\r\nAbility to gather and generate requirements for product evolution based on market analysis and end user (or internal team) interactions.\r\nAbility to lead in communicating project readiness. Identify, prioritize and manage key challenges and risks of a given product.\r\nAbility to establish Value Center roadmap with cross-functional teams, and internal and external stakeholders.\r\nAbility to analyze data to make decisions and comfortable gathering it yourself.\r\nAbility to cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and work with the teams to get products launched.\r\nAbility to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders and partners.\r\nPreferredN/A\r\nSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis positionwillhave supervisory responsibilities.\r\nDOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role RequirementsThis positionis not subjectto federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions.\r\nNecessary Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
