Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience Benefits: What we have to offer Competitive pay based on experience level 6 Paid Holidays Employer paid uniforms Company paid training Advancement opportunities Fun, stable, year-round work environment Responsibilities and Duties Lead and support a crew of Irrigation Technicians Walk job sites and monitor quality control Ensure equipment is maintained and used properly Help structure routes and organize daily schedules Keep crew members organized, productive, and on task Provide support and solutions for staffing and team issues Assist with training and development of team members Ensure all work is completed and prepared for the next day Deliver exceptional service to customers and help resolve service issues Promote a positive team environment focused on accountability and retention How success is measured Attendance and dependability Budgeted hours versus actual hours worked Low return rates and strong quality control Crew retention and healthy team culture Customer retention and satisfaction Full utilization of company software and processes Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, irrigation, or similar service industries Ability to install pipe, heads, valves, wire, controllers, and sensors Ability to safely operate basic landscaping and irrigation equipment Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example Passion for serving customers, team members, and the community Ability to handle staffing and service challenges with a solution-focused mindset Willingness to complete all required certifications and licenses within 6 months if not already obtained Clean driving history Experience driving a trailer What we’re looking for Strong leadership ability Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to quality and customer service Ability to keep a crew motivated, trained, and accountable Desire to grow with the company and take the next step in your career We are actively interviewing for this position.
