Your expertise will enable you to analyze complex behavior and design data-driven interventions to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills. Reporting to our Clinical Director, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nConduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need for each client\n\nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans, including behavioral interventions and strategies\n\nProvide ongoing supervision and support to junior staff members, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)\n\nCollaborate with family members, caregivers, and other treatment team members to ensure seamless care coordination\n\nAnalyze and report data on client progress, making recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans as needed\n\nStay current with best practices in ABA and relevant research, incorporating findings into treatment approaches\n\nRequirements:\n\nBoard Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)\n\nMaster's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (n/a)\n\nMinimum 0 years of experience in a related field (n/a)\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform treatment decisions\n\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on patient-centered care\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n[n/a]\n\nIf you share our passion for empowering individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
