{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"1d9ab7fadfa89bb8cf2e2b7e","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1d9ab7fadfa89bb8cf2e2b7e","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1d9ab7fadfa89bb8cf2e2b7e","title":"Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift","description":"In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nPerform repairs and diagnose issues with forklifts and various manufacturing equipment to ensure machinery is available to support production operations.\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic production equipment using equipment manuals and technical documentation.\nRespond to equipment service requests and accurately document actions and repairs in maintenance logs.\nPerform general building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, piping systems, HVAC maintenance, drywall installation, painting, and light carpentry.\nDesign and fabricate parts, safety systems, and equipment using tools such as drills, mills, grinders, lathes, and welding equipment.\nComplete preventive maintenance activities and maintain preventive maintenance records within the company’s ERP system.\nManage spare parts inventory, monitor minimum stock levels, and reorder materials as needed to minimize downtime.\nConduct scheduled inspections, support special construction projects, and troubleshoot facility equipment and systems.\nPurchase tools and equipment from approved vendors to support maintenance activities.\nReview and sign waste manifests in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.\nMaintain annual certifications in First Aid, CPR/AED, NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety, and in-house SWPPP programs.\nMaintain DOT Hazardous Materials Handling certification as required.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
