We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visa at this time.”\n\nTruesdell Corporation is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our Midwest Region team based out of Camdenton, Missouri to manage Bridge Maintenance Projects. This candidate will be able to travel within Missouri and to other states in the eastern region for up to 2 weeks at a time. Be a hard worker, dynamic leader and able to manage multiple projects at one time. We also enjoy training and developing team members to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.\n\nRoadway Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:\n\nOversees and assumes responsibility for productivity of concrete repairs.\nEfficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the project.\nManages project staging, access, hoisting, vertical and horizontal movement of material.\nEvaluates construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness plans according to budget.\nCoordinates and directs all subcontractor and vendor deliveries to ensure timelines and efficient placement on site.\nIdentifies active and potential delays to the project and assures they are being documented and communicated to the project team.\nAnalyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems by developing a recovery plan.\nDocuments (DPR) Daily Production Rate, throughout the duration of the project.\nCleans and maintains equipment as needed, including maintenance and operation of various power tools.\nAbility to get hands dirty when needed.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMust be able to travel up to 80% of time.\nMust have a Valid Drivers License.\nStrong communication skills.\nStrong background in Heavy Civil.\nKnowledge of general duties associated with concrete repair, restoration, patching, or prep crews.\nStrategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.\nSafety first mentality. Awareness and understanding of OSHA and company safety requirements.\nMeet quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nBuild trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.\n\nExperience:\n\nExperience in Polyester Overlays is a plus.\nExperience in Concrete Repairs is a plus.\nExperience in Methacrylate treatment is a plus.\nProficient with Microsoft Excel\nBasic math skills.\nConstruction Management: 2 years (preferred)\n\n Compensation and Benefits Package:\n\nJob Type: Full-time\nSalary is determined by experience and education, range is $70,000 to $100,000 per year\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n15 days of Paid Time Off\n401(k) with Generous Employer Matching\nFlexible Spending Account\nHealth Savings Account\nProfessional Development Assistance\n\nTruesdell Culture:\n\nHere at Truesdell, we believe that our team members are our most valuable assets.
