In this role, you will handle day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving goods, sorting inventory, packing orders, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.\n\nThe ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nShipping Receiving: Unload incoming freight, inspect shipments for damage, verify quantities against packing slips, and stage products in designated areas.\n\nOrder Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label orders accurately according to pick lists to prepare items for shipment.\n\nInventory Handling: Sort, stack, palletize, and store merchandise on shelves or racks. Assist with regular inventory counts and audits.\n\nMaterial Movement: Safely operate manual handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts to transfer goods throughout the facility.\n\nWarehouse Maintenance: Keep work zones, aisles, packing areas, and loading docks clean, swept, and free of safety hazards or trash.\n\nEquipment Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA standards, company safety procedures, and proper lifting techniques. Report any maintenance or security issues to supervisors.\n\nRequirements Qualifications\nEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.\n\nExperience: Prior warehouse, general labor, material handling, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but entry-level applicants are welcome.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift continuously throughout a shift.\n\nAbility to comfortably lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs unassisted.
