If you are passionate about accounting, financial accuracy, and supporting government programs, N2IA is the place for you.\nOverview:\nN2IA Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to work with the customer to not only provide exceptional support to their VIP clients, but also to optimize their technology usage and deployments through process improvement, KPI development and reporting, and business analysis. The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the specific tasks and ensuring that the technical solutions and activities are following the performance work standards of the task. This position will be on-site at the Pentagon.\nQualifications\n3 or more years of experience in a client facing role; federal clients preferred.\nBachelor's in business, IT, or related field with 10+ years (or commensurate experience).\nMinimum of five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in Information Technology, Networking, or a technical field.\n3+ years of Scrum experience.\n3+ years of Jira experience.\nKnowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring IT program and project delivery.\nProficiency in MS Office Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and SharePoint.\nPositive attitude, willingness to learn and apply new skills and approaches, team player.\nStrong communication (written and oral), presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.\nAble to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasks.\nAble to multitask, handle multiple projects, and meet internal and client deadlines.\nAbility to exercise sound judgment and innovative thinking.\nA track record of identifying gaps within a program and providing solutions to the customer that can increase program size Education and Certifications.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n10 years of experience in business, IT or related field.\nPMP certification.\nInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.\nClearance Requirement:\nUS Citizen with a federal government SECRET clearance.\nChange management experience and be able to coordinate with stakeholders.\nDemonstrate excellent communications (oral, written, and presentation) skills.\nN2IA is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
