This position is onsite in Torrance, CA.\r\nIn this role of Micro Electronic Assembler, you have the opportunity to:\r\nLearn and understand Mercury's product lines as it pertains to operations. Become a member of a growing manufacturing group that specializes in electro-mechanical assemblies. Build upon basic understandings of the overall products and of electro-mechanical hardware. Maintain company policies and adhere to ISO9001/AS9100 quality requirements in production coordination efforts.\r\nJob Responsibilities:Performs a wide variety of shipment preparations for electrical/mechanical products.Prepares completed Assemblies for Final inspections by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and routers.Prepares Products for shipment per Mil-Standard.Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards.Maintain logs, paperwork, and forms accurately consistent with company policy and practices.Other duties as assigned by management.Required Qualifications:Typically requires 2-5 years of experienceSolder Certification to IPC J-STD-001High School Diploma/GEDFamiliarity with PC software (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Ability to multitask and to execute under pressureGood Communication skills, problem-solving ability, and adaptability are preferredEagar and motivated to learn, work, and grow with Mercury#LI-RL1\r\nThis position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
