This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting cybersecurity practices, and ensuring reliable operation of systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.About the RoleThis role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting cybersecurity practices, and ensuring reliable operation of systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other IT equipmentInstall, configure, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and user accountsTroubleshoot network connectivity, firewall rules/policies, VPN, email, system access, and software-related issuesSupport LAN/Wi-Fi networks, servers, backup systems, antivirus platforms, and IT infrastructureAssist users with Microsoft Office 365, shared drives, printers, SAP, and business applicationsConfigure and support Azure platform environments and domain control policiesCoordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and issue resolutionMaintain IT inventory, asset tracking, software licenses, SOPs, and documentationSupport onboarding/offboarding activities including user account setup and access deactivationAssist with cybersecurity initiatives, data protection, disaster recovery, and validation support activitiesSupport conference room technology, video meetings, and communication systemsEnsure timely resolution of helpdesk tickets and user requestsFollow company procedures related to data integrity, confidentiality, and safety compliance Qualifications2–3 years of IT support experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environments Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, networking basics, and troubleshootingExperience with Azure platform configuration, domain control policies, firewall management, and SAP support preferredFamiliarity with IT security practices, antivirus systems, backups, and user access managementExperience supporting printers, network devices, and basic server environmentsUnderstanding of GMP environments and data integrity requirements is a plus Preferred SkillsExperience supporting ERP systems, laboratory systems, or manufacturing softwareBasic cybersecurity and cloud systems knowledgeStrong organizational and documentation skills Pay range and compensation packageSalary: Up to $60,000 annuallyEqual Opportunity StatementThis is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company with a collaborative team environment.
