Junior Videographer(Part-Time, Atlanta-Based)G-Lab Group is a mission-driven, data-driven storytelling agency serving nonprofit organizations across the United States. We help organizations like The Salvation Army tell powerful, real-life stories that inspire action and drive impact.As our work continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Videographer based in Atlanta, Georgia to join our storytelling team.This is an entry-level, part-time role (20–25 hours per week) with strong potential to grow into a full-time position as G-Lab continues to expand.About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about video storytelling and wants real-world experience across filming, editing, and production.You will be part of a traveling production team capturing stories on location, while also contributing to editing and pre-production planning. This is a hands-on role where you will both execute and grow creatively.Travel is a core part of this position, so it is best suited for someone who enjoys being on the road and working in diverse environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with on-location video production, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio captureTravel with the G-Lab team for shoots across the United States (typically 1–2 trips per month, 2–3 days each)Edit video content using Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, and CapCutSupport pre-production planning, including shot lists and coordination with the teamCommunicate with clients as part of the pre-production processCollaborate closely with the Storytelling Department, Project Managers, and Social Media TeamContribute ideas to enhance storytelling, visual quality, and overall production valueRequired Skills & QualificationsBasic to intermediate experience in videography, lighting, and audio captureProficiency in:Adobe PremiereAdobe AuditionCapCutStrong understanding of camera operation and compositionDrone operation experience (or willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 certification, sponsored by G-Lab)Photography skillsAbility to travel regularly as part of the rolePortfolio or demo reel requiredNice to HaveColor grading experienceMotion graphics experienceBilingual (English/Spanish)Compensation & BenefitsHourly rate, based on experience20–25 hours per week (part-time, fixed schedule)Paid travel time and travel expenses coveredPTO and paid vacation after one yearAll production equipment is provided by G-LabOpportunity for growth into a full-time roleWhy Join G-LabAt G-Lab, you will not just create content, you will help tell stories that matter.You will work alongside a team that values creativity, execution, and purpose.
