Account Manager
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team at Koerber Pharma Software, Inc. The Account Manager is responsible for managing regional client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Your role in our teamYou will own and manage a portfolio of regional accountsDevelop account plans and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for our strategic accountsServe as the primary point of contact for customer communications and escalationsYou will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver value-based solutionsMonitor account health and proactively address risks or opportunitiesRepresent Körber at regional industry events and client workshopsYour profileYou have 2–4 years of experience in account management or customer successProven ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationshipsStrong understanding of pharma or life sciences industry preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem‐solving skillsStrong organization and time‐management abilitiesYou are comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platformsAble to work collaboratively across teams and departments; global experience is a plusPrior experience in software sales or life sciences is a plusYour bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field is preferredYou will work in a modern work environment with an open culture towards improvements and new ideasYou are part of a global operating company with a wide customer basis and a growing businessYou profit from international cooperation within group‐expert network to implement corporate‐wide conceptsYou will work in a team focusing on customer requirementsYou will get an attractive compensation package including health, dental, vision insurance and retirement planEqual employer opportunityWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunity to all applicants.
