Infrastructure Engineer

Will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows based desktop and notebook computers, printers, mobile devices and other associated peripherals, including (but not limited to) removable media and A/V equipment, creating and maintaining SCCM applications, and creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to create and maintain SCCM applications and packagesAbility to create and maintain SCCM task sequence-based imaging solutionsAbility to write and maintain PowerShell scripts used for altering device endpoints such as Windows LaptopsKnowledge of Windows device registry managementAssist in the analysis, design, and documentation as required to support the development, enhancement and maintenance of the Company's systems/applicationsResponsible for gathering business requirements, designing, implementing and documentation of technical solutions according to approved standards/proceduresLeads team initiatives & participates in multiple IT/Business project effortsParticipate in the development of training materialsAssist in the training of software/business applicationsAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical peopleAbility to recognize, analyze and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and proceduresAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or equivalent preferred. REQUIRED LICENSING, REGISTRATION AND/OR CERTIFICATIONSA+ Certification preferred REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE3+ years' setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook/tablet hardware and software (Windows 10)3+ years supporting a local site & it's implemented technologyAbility to provide system level support for computer system/business applications.
