Performs work requiring considerable independence, initiative, technical expertise, and sound judgment.\r\nJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain enterprise network standards to ensure a secure, stable, and scalable infrastructure.\r\nDesign, configure, and support enterprise routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, cloud-managed networking, and SD-WAN/SASE environments across multiple locations.\r\nAdminister Microsoft Azure networking, including virtual networks, network security, VPN connectivity, and hybrid identity integration with Microsoft Entra ID.\r\nInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual network infrastructure, including satellite connectivity for remote field locations.\r\nMonitor network performance, respond to incidents, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement long-term solutions to improve reliability and performance.\r\nPartner with IT Security to implement and maintain firewalls, access controls, vulnerability management, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and disaster recovery readiness.\r\nMaintain network documentation, topology diagrams, hardware and software inventories, licensing records, backups, and patch management.\r\nConfigure and troubleshoot IP-based devices, including printers, scanners, and mobile devices.\r\nCollaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to support network operations and business initiatives.\r\nDevelop technical documentation, knowledge base articles, provide end-user training, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation supporting business-critical operations.\r\nJob QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.\r\nMinimum of 7 years of Network Administration experience in a multi-site enterprise environment; 10+ years preferred.\r\nStrong knowledge of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, VLANs, WAN/SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network security technologies.\r\nExperience supporting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments.\r\nFamiliarity with Cisco Meraki, Cato Networks, and Starlink preferred.\r\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\r\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\r\nMicrosoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700), or equivalent networking certifications preferred.\r\nAbility to travel up to 25% to field locations throughout the United States.\r\nAbout INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
