The Final Assembler, working with a team, completes the assembly of the cooler, ensuring that it is customer ready.\n\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nHand assembly of cooler components\nUses hand and power tools to assemble components and the final completed cooler\nStudies blueprints, work orders, or schematics to plan and carry out tasks\nTest and disassembles assemblies for shipment\nOperates manlifts and cranes\nOther duties as assigned/directed by supervisor\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\n6 months to 1 year experience in assembly in a manufacturing environment\nAptitude of mechanics\nSelf-motivated\nDetail oriented\nAbility to work in a team atmosphere\nAbility to work in tight or enclosed areas\nAbility to work at height 6 feet of the ground\nAbility to climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch\nExcellent hand-eye coordination\nWork safely and look out for the safety of the team\nKeep a clean and hazard free workspace\nIdentify any defective items and handle them accordingly\nUse reason to solve problems\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for long periods\nAbility to lift up to 35lbs\nFollow JSA, work instructions, and use identified PPE\nTakes pride in work product and the final product that is shipped\n\nWHY JOIN EADS?\nGreat Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Account.
